Digimail CSC- Password Reset – Login Problems and Its Solutions

Why DigiMail Service?

Digimail – this electronic mail service was created for CSCs VLE. This mail service is provided with more security than any other mail because most of the confidential and valuable CSC-related mail is sent here. For that, CSC gives its own customized mail service to its partner.

The portal is designed for CSC VLE only. From this mail delivery portal, all information related to CSC and information about the new CSC service is sent to CSC VLE.

Digimmail only can use a VLE as you have been told and the common man will not be able to use it.

Some important things about CSC Digimail

1. Use your email only for communications with CSC E-Governance Services India Limited.
2. Please ensure to keep your password safely and securely as the feature to reset/forgot password is not enabled.
3. Please do not send bulk mail using DigiMail it might get blocked.
4. You should not use this mail for any unlawful activities; kindly ensure your email address is not misused.
5. Please do not share your password with anyone, even with CSC Employees.
6. Connect Login credentials will be shared on your mail address only.

What to do after getting a DigiMail ID?

After successful approval of your application for the CSC center, they will be sent a welcome message with digimail id to your email.

How to use the Digimail in CSC- Digimail first-time login

As we mentioned above, all the information of CSC is given by the Digimail. So if you are a CSC VLE then this is an important portal for you. You must use this portal for achieving anything in CSC. Let’s know how you can log in and access the portal for the first time.

1. Go to mail.digimail.in
2. Now you have to enter your user ID and password.
3. After login with your credentials which details are sent to your email linked with your AADHAR.
4. They will be asked to you for a reset password.
5. To reset your password there will be an option to reset the password.
6. So go to preferences and click on change password.
7. After reset you can fully eligible to use the email portal.
8. Now you will get all the mail from CSC on your mail-id.

CSC Digimail Login Problems and its Solutions

How to Reset DigiMail Password?

If you forgot your Digimail password you can change your password details from the CSC registration portal.

Steps to follow for recover password –

1. Go to register.csc.gov.in
2. Now click on the My Account section
3. Fill with your CSC ID
4. Click to submit
5. Now an OTP will be sent to your email for verifying
6. Fill in the OTP and click on Validate.
7. Now you have to give your biometric details.
8. After the biometric scan, you will be redirected to the dashboard
9. Now click on Account Settings
10. Now select I want to change my DigiMail password.
11. Choose your password and update it.

How to Get a New Digimail ID Password?
