How to Create User ID on the E district Kerala? (Citizen ID)
If you want to take advantage of this facility provided by the Kerala government, then you need to register on that portal. So let’s know how to create a user id and password for yourself on that portal. For this, follow the steps below.
- First, go to the portal
- Now click on the “New Portal User Creation” from the right side corner of that website.
- After that, a registration page will open.
- Where you have to fill in all the details like name, dob, Aadhaar number, mobile number, district, email, password, etc.
- After filling in all the details, select the password hint question and its answer as well.
- Finally, fill in the captcha and click “I agree” and click on the Validate button again.
- After that, you will get the OTP on your mobile number and email which you have to fill there correctly. And click Confirm.
- Now a message will be shown “User creation is successful“
After completing the user-id creation you have to complete another one-time applicant registration process. Then you can access the portal and you can apply for all the services.

How to complete a one-time registration process on Kerala edistrict portal?
It is mandatory to complete the one-time registration on that portal. After which you can access the portal or you will be able to avail of the services.
So let’s know the process of one-time registration of that portal. For that follow the steps given below.
- First, log in to the portal you just created with your user ID and password.
- After logging in to that portal you can see the “One-Time Registration” button left and top corner of that website. Click on that and again click on the applicant registration.
- Now a page will open where you have to be filled all your personal details and also a passport size photograph of the applicant.
- When you complete the form fill-up, then click on the Check Validate button given below. Then a popup page will open to confirm the registration.
- After clicking on the confirm button you will get an OTP to your mobile which you have to fill there.
- Now you are successfully registered on that portal. You can access that portal now.

How do apply for the certificate on the Kerala E district portal?
