Form 1 Self Declaration for Learning Licence
Before downloading Form 1, you should have some information related to that form. In this section, you can learn some points about that form.
Nowadays you can get a learner license online without visiting DTO and RTO offices. To apply for a Driving Learner License you have to first fill Form 1. Because without filling that form you cannot get Learner License.
In that form, in the declaration section, you have to put a tick on Yes in B otherwise you will not be eligible for the license.
Because in B point you are asked whether you can see the number plat of cars or vehicles at a distance of 25 meters in daylight.
If you tick no, then you will not be given a license, it means you are unfit. That’s why you tick Yes only if you can see the number plate at a distance of 25 meters from the b line.
How to fill Parivahan Form 1?
You can fill Transport Form 1 both offline and online, it is your decision how you will fill it. But in both cases, you have to upload that form on the portal.
If you file online, then you have to login to your dashboard then need to download it and sign it then upload it. It is acceptable even if you upload by filling the form offline.
While filling the offline form, you should keep in mind the line of “B” in the declaration section. And fill all the details in capital letters and in black ink.
After complete signature scans the form and upload it in the Learner License Document Upload section on the portal.
