If you have bought a car or bike on loan, then after completing the EMI of the loan, you will have to conclude the loan agreement with the RTO.

Because when your vehicle was registered then your financier details were also given on your vehicle registration details.

So to delete or terminate the loan agreement and to remove the name of the financier from your RC you need to fill that form.

RTO hypothecation removal process online

Here I am discussing how you can cancel the loan agreement from your vehicle registration details.

Because when your vehicle was registered, then the name of the financier company has also been given in your vehicle certificate, which you can see in the RC of your vehicle.

To remove hypothecation from your vehicle registration details you need to fill Form 35 which you can download from the download link given below.

First, you have to fill that offline form then you have to attach some documents with that form. The details of the documents required are given in the next section, you can see there which documents will be required to submit that form.

You have to get NOC and No Due Certificate from the financier company or bank. And a signature and seal are also required on the form for which you have to approach the financier company.

After getting all the details and filling the offline form you have to apply online from the official website of transport whose link is given below.

Then you have to visit your RTO/DTO office and submit these details to the registered authority. After that, your new RC will print.

• No due certificate from the financer
• NOC from the finance
• RC in original
• Val insurance (With Self-attested)
• PUCC certificate
• Identity proof
• Address Proof
• Pan Card or Form 60
• Prescribed fee (There is no fee according to the motor vehicle act.)

How to fill RTO Form 35

Download and print that form from the download link given below.

1. First of all, write the name of your RTO office.
2. After that fill in the registration vehicle number.
3. Enter the date on which you are filling the form.
4. The first signature is yours and the second signature and seal of the company.
